Exam Retake Policy and Accessing the Exam

At Disruption Factory, we understand that sometimes you may need additional attempts or time to prepare for your certification exam. In this article, we explain our exam retake policy and provide guidance on when to access the exam to ensure that you have the best possible opportunity to succeed.

Exam Retake Policy

When you purchase access to the exam or redeem the endorsement code provided by your mentor, you have 30 calendar days to take the exam. This includes two attempts to pass the exam. If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt, you will have an additional 30 calendar days to prepare and retake the exam for a second time.

Please note that your second attempt must be within the 30-day extension period following the first attempt. If you do not pass the exam within the two provided attempts, you will need to purchase access to the exam again if you wish to retake it.

Accessing the Exam

We recommend that you only purchase the exam or redeem the access code provided by your mentor when you feel confident in your ability to take the exam at any time within the following 30 calendar days. Once you initiate the exam access, you cannot reschedule or postpone the exam, and the 30-day window will begin.

If you feel uncertain about your readiness or availability to take the exam within the next 30 days, it is best to wait until you are more confident in your preparation and schedule before accessing the exam.
